Sosialisasi dan Kegiatan Penerapan Sikap Kerja 5S di Kantor Kelurahan Waru

This study evaluates the working environment conditions at the Waru Sub-District Office, focusing on the implementation of the 5S concept: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. Through direct observation by students participating in Community Service Learning, it was found that the office faces significant challenges regarding organization, cleanliness, and safety. The observation results revealed a lack of collective awareness regarding the importance of 5S, leading to increased accident risks and decreased productivity. Based on these findings, recommendations are provided to comprehensively implement the 5S program, provide employee training and awareness, ensure adequate resource provision, and conduct regular monitoring and evaluation. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations will help improve the working environment conditions at the Waru Sub-District Office, with a positive impact on employee productivity and safety.
