Effective health services require collaboration between medical teams and understanding Interprofessional Education and Collaboration (IPEC) is very important. However, many Indonesian health workers do not understand IPEC education, which creates communication problems. To improve the quality of interdisciplinary collaboration, health workers need IPEC training facilitated by the Community Health Center. This study provides education to Community Health Center health workers regarding interprofessional collaboration and interprofessional services. Participants completed the ATHCTS questionnaire, measuring attitudes toward interdisciplinary healthcare teams and the team's approach to care. This questionnaire includes 21 statements, with 1 stating strongly disagree and 6 stating strongly agree. The aim was to understand healthcare workers' attitudes towards interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The majority of participants agreed that implementing IPC improved team closeness and quality of patient care. They also believe that developing a patient care plan with other team members can avoid mistakes. They also disagree that translating jargon from other disciplines can waste time. These results indicate that respondents' perceptions of the importance of collaboration between professions are good. The research results show that the majority of health workers who took part in the training understand the importance of Interprofessional Learning (IPE) and its application in community health centers. It is hoped that training activities can be held regularly to continue to emphasize the importance of collaboration between health workers.
